Showcasing client inspiration during a pandemic |
Me and my big mouth...My former team was expressing sadness about not being able to complete the second edition of Schwabe's Fueling Change project due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I interjected with "why don't we just interview clients that are doing good things and put it all online only." Thus, Innovating for Good was born and evolved out of its first-edition printed model.
Not my first choice in naming, but it did the trick. Innovating for Good was a multimedia campaign containing the assets derived from seven client interviews. The project consisted of six videos with complementary articles (written by me!), a landing page, multiple email announcements (including external and internal), social media, and more. Here's why this was so awesome: amidst this pandemic, we created some pretty awesome video interviews that were all completed by a team working, interviewing, and editing 100% remotely. These real stories humanized the clients, and for me, it was incredibly valuable to meet them this way as a new employee. Additionally, the amount of content the firm is still able to leverage to this day is priceless. (The residual assets include quotes and testimonials which are GOLD when it comes to legal services). Plus, this stuff has incredible value when it comes to social media posts and engagement. Pro tip: good news is always the best to share, especially when you can bring in folks that are external to your organization. There are many ways to interact with this project! Please view the landing page, check out a flipbook of the publication, or give the trailer video a like on LinkedIn. |
